美食街里人山人海,电影院门口人群拥入挤出,大众的爱好总是让人亢奋,慢摇吧里的舞者也会喜欢素静淡雅的茶吗?

是晚风拂走了归于人群的小兴趣,开始喜欢独处与喝茶,不再沉溺喧嚣,热闹都是世界的,茶是我的。

爱好有小众,茶品亦然,茶中小众~黄茶,不为众人所识,却招小众所喜。

初识黄茶,是在大学的课堂里,自从认可了自己的专业,就在融入中喜欢上了茶,黄茶初见不诱人,再见却迷人。

喜欢黄茶的香,蜜兰香明显,细腻而不厌腻,不经多次磨练,哪来黄茶香气扑鼻,精致有度的工艺,练就黄茶的丰富细腻不张扬。

黄茶是在绿茶的基础上发展出的基础茶类,制作工艺有采摘,萎凋,杀青,揉捻,焖黄,干燥。焖黄是黄茶的核心工艺,但是由于焖黄对于温度和时间等条件要求比较严苛 ,焖黄不足会似绿茶,目前难以用机械来替代,所以产量较小 ,又因知名度不高,喝黄茶的人并不多。

 

中国十大名茶之一的君山银针,就属黄茶,其余知名度较高的黄茶有蒙顶黄芽,霍山黄芽等,黄茶的特点是黄汤黄叶,工艺不足的黄茶不够“黄”,容易被误认为绿茶。

黄茶的特点在大众眼里并不鲜明,绿茶的鲜爽和清香,红茶的甜润和蜜香,黑茶的浓醇和陈香,白茶的甘甜和花香,青茶的厚重和岩香都为大多数茶客所熟知,黄茶作为小众茶勇敢又恬静地活在它的世界里。

不芬芳张扬 ,不逐名求利,甚至不奋力讨好茶客的茶,应该属黄茶吧,活在自己的世界里,做大千世界的小众产品。

明确的特立独行容易误入非主流行列,而大众的激流也会冲走个人的喜欢,抱着一个小众的爱好,做着自己,不反驳外界的趣味,也不争辩自我的不足。

做自己,争取做自己,好好做自己,努力做自己。

I first met yellow tea in the university classroom. Since I recognized my major, I fell in love with tea in the process of integration. Yellow tea is not attractive at first sight, but charming at goodbye.

I like the fragrance of yellow tea. The fragrance of Magnolia is obvious. It is delicate but not tired. Without repeated training, the aroma of yellow tea is pungent. The exquisite technology makes yellow tea rich, delicate and not publicized.

Yellow tea is a basic kind of tea developed on the basis of green tea. Its production processes include picking, withering, killing green, rolling, stewing yellow and drying. Yellow stewing is the core technology of yellow tea. However, due to the strict requirements for temperature and time, yellow stewing will be like green tea. At present, it is difficult to replace it with machinery, so the output is small. Due to the low popularity, there are not many people drinking yellow tea.

Junshan silver needle, one of China’s top ten famous teas, belongs to yellow tea. The other well-known yellow teas include Mengding yellow bud, Huoshan yellow bud, etc. yellow tea is characterized by yellow soup and yellow leaves. Yellow tea with insufficient technology is not “yellow”, which is easy to be mistaken for green tea.

The characteristics of yellow tea are not distinct in the eyes of the public. The freshness and fragrance of green tea, the sweetness and honey aroma of black tea, the mellow and aging aroma of black tea, the sweetness and flower aroma of white tea, the massiness and rock aroma of green tea are well known to most tea customers. Yellow tea, as a minority tea, lives bravely and peacefully in its world.

The tea that is not fragrant and publicized, does not seek profit by name, and even does not strive to please tea customers should belong to yellow tea. Live in your own world and be a niche product in the world.

A clear Maverick is easy to fall into the ranks of non mainstream, and the torrent of the public will also wash away personal likes, hold a minority hobby, be yourself, don’t refute external interests, and don’t argue about self shortcomings.
